Mel B was on the TV show “Lopez Tonight” last thursday, and talked with George Lopez about her tv shows, musical and secrets to stay fit.
George ask her reaction when she finished second in Dancing With The Stars, because he thinks she should have won… She says she was a little bit confused, but didn’t have much time to focus on it because three days after it the Spice Girls’ tour began, then everything was fine.

Mel B has promised her new reality show will be more outrageous than The Osbournes.
The 35-year-old will be letting the cameras into her LA home to film her and her family.
The former Spice Girls star admitted that she leads a ‘creative’ life and it won’t be like other shows.
She said to British newspaper Daily Star: “I’m not exactly going to be Miss Goody Two Shoes and play it completely by the book. I’m going to be me. I love the work I do. I couldn’t do a nine-to-five. I respect people who do it, but that could never be me. I like to work odd hours.”
“I like to wake up at 11pm and if I’ve got a song in my head, go to the studio and record it, then go back to bed, then wake up the kids and take them to school. That’s the kind of life I like to live. A very creative life”.
LOS ANGELES (Wireless Flash – FlashNews) – Shaking your booty can do a body good.
That’s what former Spice Girl Melanie Brown found out after giving birth to her second child and competing on Dancing With The Stars to regain her pre-baby body.
Now, Scary Spice is helping others shed weight as host of the new season of Dance Your Ass Off, premiering June 7 on Oxygen, where pudgy contestants get fit by dancing.
Brown can “sympathize and empathize” with their struggle since she used dance to drop the pounds like they were hot, and assures that getting down to ditties is the best workout.
She says, “You can do it with a hairbrush in front of a mirror or while out with your friends. Everybody loves dancing, and it motivates you to work that weight off”.
Brown vouches for any music that gets people moving, whether it’s Beyoncé, Lady Gaga, and, obviously, the Spice Girls.

X Factor judge Louis Walsh says Mel B would make an ideal replacement for his pregnant fellow judge on the show Dannii Minogue.
Speaking in an interview with Star Magazine, the boyband manager backs Scary Spice to be a hit on the TV talent show’s panel.
“I would love her to join The X Factor. I don’t know if it’s confirmed. She’s gobby and would be able to put Simon and Cheryl in their places. I’ll gang up with her against them.”
He told The Sunday Mirror:
“Mel B would be perfect, a gorgeous, feisty woman from a successful girl band. That’s gonna put Cheryl’s nose out of joint and she’ll keep Simon in check”.
