Singer Nick Carter from the Backstreet Boys, is excited in search of distinguished participation for the film that he is producing. He used his Twitter to invite former Beatle Paul McCartney; Niall Horan from One Direction; and former Spice Girl Mel B to work at his side in the film about zombies. However, none of them responded to his appeal.
“I’m literally out of my damn mind… but Paul McCartney would you do a cameo in my movie? PS You are God of boy-bands”, Nick wrote to former Beatles. As for Niall, he proposed a role as his brother. “I know that we are from different generations, but you like to be my brother in this zombie movie?”. And to Spice Girl Mel B, he explained that she would act “killing zombies and saving the world”.
Nick’s film still has no date to get off the ground, but the idea began in 2013, when he asked fans to help with donations to fund the horror film’s production. The singer had to raise US$ 85,000, but managed more than US$ 156,000 for the project. Besides the film, Nick – who was last month in Brazil on tour with the Backstreet Boys – also prepares his third solo album, whose first single is expected to be released next October.
