
Mel B is the new host of “Dance Your A ** Off”, a hit reality tv show where the winner is who lost more weight and did better in dance performances.
To inspire the participants, former Spice Girl shared some of her knowledge about fitness. “I believe that the most important, whether you’re eating something healthy or not, is that your food must have a good taste – wheter it’s a fish or a chicken marinated the day before, have you cooked slowly or made with steamed vegetables. You’ll need this time to enjoy your food, ’cause food is a big part of your day. It’s social”, she said.
