Mel B was on the TV show “Lopez Tonight” last thursday, and talked with George Lopez about her tv shows, musical and secrets to stay fit.

George ask her reaction when she finished second in Dancing With The Stars, because he thinks she should have won… She says she was a little bit confused, but didn’t have much time to focus on it because three days after it the Spice Girls’ tour began, then everything was fine.

Soon Lopez asks whether it’s true that her diet secrets includes “fancing a shag”: she and her husband try to have sex five times a day.

“Today was only three because I had a busy day,” Mel said. “My husband tapped out, he was like, ‘It’s a wrap’. Me and my husband, we’re the same age, he’s my best friend and I guess we’re both just perverts with each other. What else can I say? We’ve been married for three years, and it’s still going strong”.

Mel B began filming the reality show two weeks ago, now with a new temporary name: “Mel B: It’s A Scary World.” Lopez asks how to keep this sex routine with her daughters at home and the recordings. Mel said that as executive producer, she sends the team to rest at times when she wants to enjoy her husband.

Speaking on Spice Girls’ musical, Mel didn’t tell us nothing new… They’re working with Judy Craymer, the musical still hasn’t a name, they are in the beginning of the creative process and the musical will bring all of Spice Girls hits – Wannabe is George’s favorite.

George praised the initiative of “Dance Your A$$ Off”. He think it’s a fantastic idea mix “The Biggest Loser” with “Dancing With The Stars” and wonders why Mel B has agreed to participate in it. She watched last season, first of all because its title caught her attention. And fell in love with the program.
